Ordering:

You will receive a confirmation email after placing an order on the Kronosperformance.com Web site containing a summary of your order and a Tracking ID once the item is shipped. This will serve as your receipt. You can check the status of your order when logged in to our website. We will e-mail you a tracking number as soon as it is available. 

If you prefer to place your order over the phone, you may call us and we can process your credit card over the phone.  If item you ordered happens to be on back order we will notify you as soon as possible, and you will have the option to cancel the order, or we will fulfill your order as soon as the product is available.  Some items can take 4-6 weeks for delivery if they are being shipped from outside of the country.

Pricing:

We pride ourselves on providing you with the best prices on the products we sell, if you find any item advertised cheaper at a competitor we may be able to match or beat the price for you, contact us with the information from the competitor and we will see what we can do for you. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to beat the price every time but in many cases we can.

Prices are always subject to change from manufacturers without notice, in the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order in full, or give the client the option to pay the difference and fulfill the order.

Returns:

If you received the item and it is damaged STOP and DO NOT throw out any of the boxes/packing materials that the item came in.  Contact us at sales@kronosperformance.com or by calling (732) 742-8837 to initiate a damage claim with the carrier. Please take a photo of the packaging and product damage prior to contacting us. All our packages are insured and are covered by the shipping carrier for the full value of your purchase.  The shipping carrier reserves the right to inspect the package prior to closing the damage claim.

Any returns for an exchange or refund will be allowed within 30 days from receipt of your order to guarantee 100% satisfaction and must be first authorized by Kronos Performance prior to shipping the product back to us.  Any items being returned must be in original packaging with all original packing material, NOT INSTALLED or USEDAny merchandise that was used will not qualify for a return.

Any special order items or electronics are non-returnable, and any original shipping or handling charges are non refundable.  Contact us directly for a return authorization number, or fill out our returns form on the website. 

All returns will require a photo to insure items condition prior to return.  Please inspect all items prior to installation, as any installed items will be non returnable.  Once the approved return is received by us, it can take up to 5 business days for the refund minus the original shipping charge to appear on your credit statement this is dependent on your bank’s processing practices.  We reserve the right to charge up to a 20% restocking fee on certain items.  If you have any questions please give us a call at (732) 742-8837.

Any products requiring freight are non refundable such as hoods, trunks and any oversize items.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER:  Off-Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Kronos Performance are designated as Race only and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization.  Any other use, including recreational off- road use, may be in violation of local, state, and Federal laws.

All engine and exhaust components such as exhaust pipes, supercharger pulleys, turbochargers, intake systems etc. have been specifically designed for off-road applications.  In California these products are only legal for off-road racing vehicles and may and should not be used on public highways or roads.  Federal regulations prohibit the removal modification, or rendering inoperable any device design element that affects the vehicle emission or safety systems for vehicles used on public highways.

Violations of such laws may subject the vehicle owner or user to fines or penalties, also some modifications may void the vehicle manufacturers warranty coverage.

Kronos Performance does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer.  Kronos Performance tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of the products prior to purchase.

Installers, and end-users assume all costs and risks associated with the purchase and installation of the items purchased at Kronos Performance.  The majority of the products sold thru kronosperformance.com are designed for U.S. vehicle fitment only, and many are restricted based on the model and year of the vehicle.  It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the part being purchased will fit his or her vehicle.  Most aftermarket products have been designed for compatibility with OEM components and the customer assumes all responsibility and risk with any potential conflicts or problems that may arise from the use of multiple aftermarket products.

Kronos Performance holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise stated for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using after market performance products.

Warranties:

Kronos Performance is a distributor/re seller of the products it sells and does not manufacture or produce the parts in any way. 

Therefore we do not offer any type of warranty coverage for the products we sell. 

Each of the products carry its own Manufacturer’s warranty, if you purchased a product from us and have questions about fitment or performance contact our customer service, where we can provide you help or advice on a particular product.  In the event of any product failure, warranty claims must be made through the product manufacturer directly, however we can help you with the claim if the need arises. 

Each manufacture has different guidelines when handling warranty claims, we appreciate your patience in handling the claims with the manufacturers. Any credit for defective merchandise will only be issued once the product is inspected and the claim approved by the manufacturer. Unless the manufacturer agrees to cover it, all return shipping for warranty items is the responsibility of the customer.  

Please be sure to ask us if you have any questions about a specific manufacturer’s warranty before you make a purchase.

If we have any changes to our terms, conditions, or shipping policies we will update them immediately on all pages pertaining to them.
